🪐 Notice – Registration & Refund Policy
■ The registration fee covers venue, beverages, facilitator fee, tax, event operations, and design costs.■ After payment and submission of your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email, which confirms your spot.
■ The registration fee includes tax and an invoice, available on the first day of the event. For a triplicate invoice with a Unified Business Number (UBN), please provide the details in the registration form.
■ If the venue or schedule changes, details will be sent to your registered email before the event.
■ If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
■ This event involves verbal interaction. Please remain kind and respectful; harmful behaviour may result in removal to protect the rights of other participants.
■ If payment is completed but the event is already full, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified by email. If you cannot wait, a full refund will be arranged.
■ Refund policy:
• Cancellation made 6 days before the event → full refund (minus transaction fee).
• Cancellation made within 6 days → 60% refund (40% retained for costs and fees).
• Cancellation made within 72 hours of the event → no refund.
■ Studio Salix White reserves the right to interpret and adjust all event terms.

🪐 報名須知與退費規定：
■ 報名費用已包含場地空間與設備租借費、飲品、引導者出席費、稅費、活動營運成本與設計費。
■ 完成繳費並將報名資料送出後，收到確認信即表示完成報名，為您保留名額。
■ 報名費用已包含稅費與發票，發票於首日活動現場領取，如需三聯式與統編，請於報名表單中填寫。
■ 為最佳化活動體驗，若實際活動之空間與時間有調整，將於活動開始前以您填寫之email詳細通知，以行前通知為準。
■ 若活動因不可抗力因素確定停辦，將全額退費。
■ 活動包含言語交流，請保持友善、同理與互相尊重；若有不當言行出現，主辦單位有權採取必要措施，維護參與者群體權益。
■ 若繳費報名後活動已額滿，將安排候補並通知候補順位，若無法等待候補將協助辦理全額退費。
■ 活動開始7日前，無條件全額退費(需扣除金流手續費)；活動開始7日內，退費六成(酌收40%活動舉辦成本與手續費)；活動開始72小時內恕不退費。
■白柳感官 Stdio Salix White 保留本次活動的解釋及異動權。
■ 報名者於遞交報名表時，即等同於已了解並同意以上所有辦法與注意事項，謝謝您。
